Hula Performance Pricing

We are a traditional hula group and are happy to share the culture and history of Hawai’i. Our hula is based on the traditions passed down for many generations. Therefore, you can expect to experience both the ancient form of hula, known as “Kahiko” and modern hula, known as “Auana”. Below is our standard price for performing. Please provide us with details of your event. Thereafter, we will review our availability and provide you with a confirmation. Mahalo for your interest.

Base packages: (applies to Denver metro area)

** Music & professional equipment provided by dancer.
** We will dance both ancient and modern hula. We are able to greet visitors, pass out leis and teach a simple hula to the group.

Base Package -1-
** This includes two dancers at $90 each for one hour.

** Add $90 for each additional adult dancer (if you would like more than 1 dancer for your event – you can have up to 6 dancers/show).
** Add $90 for each hour(per dancer), after the first hour.
** Add $30 for each keiki(child) hula dancer.

Base Package -2-
** This includes two dancers at $75.00 each for 1/2 hour.

** Add $75 for each additional adult dancer.
** Add $20 for each keiki(child) hula dancer.

Transportation cost to and from event covered by client. Mileage is calculated at $0.50 / mile.

We accept credit card payments via PayPal. Click the link below to pay once you receive your total from our booking agent. Enter the exact amount quoted in the space provided. A $2 handling charge will be added to all credit card payments under $100 and a $4 handling fee for anything over $100(this is a standard policy set up by the credit card companies and not our organization). You will see it noted on your receipt as "shipping charge". Mahalo!
An OUTDOOR Performance must have “Alternate Performance Site” provided by Client in the event of Inclement weather.

The Client Will supply Room for costume changing.

In the event of CANCELLATION by Client under any circumstance, Client AGREES to PAY FULL COMPENSATION AMOUNT as agreed upon no later than one week prior to performance.

The base price will remain the same but schedule to change due to distance of the show

** A $20.00 handling fee will be applied to all bookings.
** Make check payable to: Mauna Pohaku.

** Payment must be paid to dancers upon arrival and PRIOR to performing.

** OR mail payment to: Mauna Pohaku, P.O. Box 7293
Boulder, CO 80302-9998 -- must be received 1 week prior to your event.
